- Teaching is a system for managing private lessons and collecting payment, built for private tutors. The tutor registers lessons, sees at any moment who owes how much, sends parents a payment reminder with one tap, and exports everything to Excel.
- For tutors: the app opens in the browser (at app.teaching.co.il) and can be installed on the device like a regular app. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. After that there is a free plan for up to 5 active students, or paid plans.
- For students and parents: a free search portal (at teaching.co.il) where you type an address and a subject and see private tutors who teach in the area. No sign-up is needed. The tutor's exact address is never shown, and their contact details are revealed only on request.
- For schools: a separate product called Teaching School, for building a school's timetable and running its substitutions. Details are in the Teaching School chapter.
- The system works in Hebrew, English, Russian and Arabic. The app language is picked automatically from the browser and can be changed in Settings.
- What Teaching does not do: it does not collect money from parents on the tutor's behalf. The tutor marks who paid, and the payment itself happens outside the system. The messages to parents open ready-made in WhatsApp, SMS or email, and the tutor taps "send" themselves.
- The only money that passes through Teaching is the tutor's own subscription, which is billed afterwards, in arrears (see the plans and billing chapter).
