The public profile in the student portal is included in the Professional plan only. During the trial you are on the Professional plan, so the profile is live; if you move to another plan later, it is no longer shown in the portal.

Common questions
How does the free trial work?
30 days on the Professional plan, with no credit card. When the trial ends, if you have not added a card, the account moves to the free plan and is not locked. The students, lessons and payments you recorded stay with you.
How am I billed?
In arrears. On the 1st of each month we charge for the month that has passed, and only for the days you actually used a paid plan. Nothing is paid in advance, and every charge comes with an invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel with one tap on the subscription screen, with no commitment and no call with a representative. Cancelling takes effect at once: the account becomes read-only and your data stay available to export, and the next charge covers only the days up to the cancellation. You can also move to the free plan and carry on working.
Does the money parents pay me pass through Teaching?
No, never. Parents pay you directly: cash, Bit, PayBox or a bank transfer. Teaching only records who paid and how much, and shows you who owes. We do not hold your money and we take no commission on payments. Your own subscription to Teaching is the only payment that comes to us.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The price shown on each plan is the final price, VAT included. There are no extras.
What happens when I have more students than the plan allows?
On the free plan you can manage up to 5 active students. When you reach the limit, moving to a paid plan removes it. Students who have finished can be archived, and they are not counted.
