Your personal area: one link, no password
When lessons begin, the teacher sends you a personal link by WhatsApp or email. The link is the way in: there is no account and no password. Keep it and open it whenever you need.

The tap lets the teacher know. The lessons are marked as paid only after the teacher confirms the money arrived.
The money does not pass through Teaching. We do not collect money on behalf of teachers.
Joining through the teacher's link
A teacher can send a join link. First you choose who is filling in the form: a parent for a child, or a university student or adult for themselves. You fill in a few details (name, phone, subject, level and convenient days) and the request goes to the teacher. It is not a final registration: the teacher gets back to you to arrange it and approves it. Until then there are no lessons and no debt.
Reviews from verified students only
Only someone who really studied with the teacher can rate them. After a lesson the teacher sends the student a personal link: 1 to 5 stars and up to 200 characters. Such a review carries a "verified student" stamp. A review with offensive language or contact details waits for approval before it is published.
Privacy: a teacher's contact details are revealed only on request, and details you fill in on a join request stay with that teacher alone.

Do I need to sign up or pay to find a teacher?
No. Search is free and needs no sign-up. Each teacher sets the price of a lesson, and you pay the teacher directly.
How do I get into the personal area if there is no password?
The teacher sends you a personal link, and you enter through it. Whoever holds the link holds the access, so keep it private and do not pass it on. If the link is lost, the teacher can create a new one and the old one stops working.
Does the money pass through Teaching?
No. You pay the teacher directly, with Bit or PayBox according to what the teacher set up. Teaching does not hold the money or collect it.
I pressed "I paid" and it says "Waiting for confirmation". Is that normal?
Yes. The tap only lets the teacher know. After the teacher confirms the money arrived, the lessons are marked as paid.
How do I cancel a lesson?
In the personal area, with "Cancel lesson". Before you confirm, the page says whether the cancellation is on time or late, under the rules the teacher set.
How do I find a teacher who teaches online?
In the search, tick "Also show online lessons", and teachers who teach online are added to the results even if they are far away.
